To cut 3form Chroma, use an overhead panel saw, beam type panel saw or a table saw. A triple chip carbide tipped saw blade is rec- ommended for cutting Chroma sheets. Best results are achieved with teeth that have a clearance angle (top clearance) of 10°-15°with a rake or hook angle of 0°-5° positive.

Since resin is so hard, a diamond cutting blade and drill are necessary to cut cleanly through the countertop.
How do you cut acrylic sheets without cracking them?
Place the acrylic sheet on top of the rigid foam insulation, and mark the line to be cut. Install a 7 ¼” plastic cutting saw blade in the circular saw. I recommend using a circular saw jig, or a circular saw guide to keep your cuts straight and to prevent the blade from wandering.
