Abra can be found in Sandgem Flats and Windswept Run in Pokémon Legends: Arceus’ Obsidian Fieldlands. Later in the game, Abra can also be found and caught in Alabaster Icelands’ Lake Acuity. However, to catch Abra right away, Windswept Run is the easiest place to encounter one.
