How many items do I need to answer correctly to pass my exam? Currently, of the 150 score items, candidates must answer 104 items correctly to achieve a passing score. This passing score is effective as of November 18, 2020. Any TCRN exams taken prior to November 18, 2020 had a passing score of 108.
Is the TCRN exam hard?
