Nice smell and really thick. There’s plenty of cream in the can for a lot more uses. Will certainly keep this on hand. It Works! My 94 year old Mother has pressure sores on her bottom which are hard to keep clear. Her dr. recommended Penaten and we’ve been using it now for over 3 years.
