What is a Flex Facts card?
Flex Facts provides each participant a debit card to be used at the point of service so that the participant does not have to put money out of their pocket and wait for reimbursement.
What can I purchase with my Flex Facts card?
The easiest way to use your funds is by using your Flex Facts debit card at the point of service. The card can be used at any medical facility that accepts MasterCard. You can also use your card at most pharmacies. When you use your card funds are automatically deducted from your account to pay for eligible expenses.
Where can I use the Flex card?
A: You can use your debit card at the doctor’s office, pharmacy, and hospital for eligible health care expenses, such as co-pays, deductibles, certain over-the-counter drugs, and other out-of-pocket expenses.
How do you qualify for a flex card?
