Dinner Casual Elegance: For Ladies: Long pants, Capri pants, skirt and blouse, or dress. For Gentlemen: Long dress pants and a collared shirt. Casual shoes or elegant sandals must be worn. T-shirts, tank tops, collarless shirts, shorts, beach sandals, or flip flops are not allowed.

How much should you tip for excellence?
Same as in any other all inclusive resorts – guests usually tip waiters who serve them on breakfast and lunches $2-3, you can always ask for extra, like for a cappuccino (it not readily available in buffet area) then usually tip more. At restaurants, usual tips after dinner, $5 or more if you really like the service.
