2H frost dps is not viable. It’s still semantics and what you define as “viable.” It’s not like you’re a Disc priest trying to smite for dps or something. It’s just that with the exact same gear, but sub in 2 1h weapons, you will do a bit more dps (and ‘a bit’ could be 100-1000 depending on how you play).
