How do I get my click heat back to normal?
Just boil it again until the pack is completely clear, then remove from water and allow to cool. If it continues to re-crystallize on its own after boiling, the pack may be defective.

Can you put click heat in the freezer?
Click Heaters heating pads make excellent cold packs as well. When using for cold one may place the pad in the freezer for up to 15 minutes then use. If left in the freezer longer it will become hard and require boiling to bring it back to its original soft gel state.
Can you put click heat in the microwave?
No. The metal disc inside the heating pad is not microwavable.
How long do instant heat packs last?
Once the solid crystals have liquefied, remove and let cool to room temperature. Your hot packs are ready to be activated again. The heat lasts 10 to 20 minutes depending on your environment and usage.
Why did my heating pad stop working?

Check that the control is tightly connected to the module in the blanket. Re-plug the power cord into the wall outlet. On a digital control, you should see flashing symbols and the display on your control will clear. Your blanket is now reset.

To fix this problem, do the following to reset your heating pad:
- Check if there is no physical damage on its cord, controller or pad.
