You can book your IPPT and NS FIT via the Manage IPPT/NS FIT on the NS Portal. If you are 35 years old and above, please book your IPPT / NS FIT after you clear your HSP requirements. Please note that there must be a mandatory 1-day rest between each session.

What happens if you miss NS fit?
You will be considered a defaulter if you did not complete the 10 mandatory sessions within your Mandatory NS FIT window. You will be called back for investigation and may be subjected to disciplinary action. Please contact your Unit S8 if you require assistance.
Can NS fit replace IPPT?
NS FIT will replace IPT and RT. The current IPPT Preparatory Training (IPT) and Remedial Training (RT) will be removed from the NS IPPT system for NSmen, and will be replaced by NS FIT from 1 June 2021 onwards. All IPPT-eligible NSmen will be eligible for NS FIT.
