Does ChapStick actually work?
For years I’ve wondered — does lip balm actually work? In short — no. In long — it depends what you mean by work. Lip balms, particularly oil-based balms, do help seal in moisture on the skin of your lips temporarily, but once the thin film of hydration they capture evaporates, your skin is actually worse off.
