Where does UCLA figure skating practice?
Throughout the school year the team trains at the Toyota Sports Center, which is a short 20-minute drive from campus. We have a variety of students who skate and compete in levels ranging from preliminary through senior in both freestyle and ice dance.
Can I go ice skating in a skirt?
Unless you are wearing them over leggings, dresses and skirts won’t protect your legs either. Excessively long skirts can also be dangerous if your skates get caught up in them. If you feel like you need a cute skirt to keep up your style, make sure it’s a short, loose skirt layered over a pair of warm leggings.
