Are maternity clothes one size fits all?
In most cases, your maternity size is going to be around the same size you were pre-pregnancy (2). If you wore a size medium before, you stick to the maternity medium now. The same idea goes for pants. A woman who was a size 10 pre-pregnancy would still be a size 10 during pregnancy.
Do you wear your normal size in maternity clothes?
Maternity sizes work the same as regular clothing sizes. That is, if you’re normally a size “small,” you’ll still be a small in maternity sizes. Same thing with numbered sizes: If you were an 8 pre-pregnancy, look for items in that size.
How do I know my maternity size?
