Is there an AOT spin-off?

Is no regrets OVA canon?
For the manga, No Regrets has been directly referenced in the main Attack on Titan manga publication, essentially confirming its status as canon in the manga. No Regrets was managed by the anime production committee, and has also been adapted into an OVA, so its also canon to the anime.
Is Levi OVA canon?
Yeah, the events of No Regrets are directly referenced later on in the main manga. So they happened. The anime is anime canon, the manga is manga canon.

Ilse’s Notebook is canon. The second OVA is a “just for fun” thing, it’s not really canon. The third OVA doesn’t really impact the story or change anything, so you can consider it to be canon.
What does the butterfly symbolize in AOT?
The butterfly is symbolic regardless. In the Lost Girls OVA the butterfly is used to represent Eren (& to reference ‘The Butterfly Effect’). Furthermore, in Japanese culture and many other cultures, butterflies are symbolic of the cycle of life, death and renewal. Eren is still conscious.
