For transferring SIM card to new iPhone, you need to carefully eject it from your old device. You can use a SIM ejector tool to take out the tray and insert it to your iPhone. Once the SIM card is injected, go to your iPhone’s Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars and tap on the “Import SIM Contacts” button.
