Can I cancel my ProFlowers order?
We will be happy to help you change your order prior to delivering your bouquet. However, if your gift is en route or already delivered, we can’t change your order. If your bouquet is to be delivered for a future date, please complete the form below and we will take care of it!
Is ProFlowers anonymous?

How long do boxed flowers last?
Boxed flowers should last a week, give or take a day or two, depending on their level of care. Check if the floral foam is wet or damp daily. If the foam dries out, it is less likely to take up water again, so try to keep floral foam damp or moist at all times.
