Can you buy extra bases for infant car seats?
You can buy extra bases. If your little one will be a regular rider in more than one vehicle (your partner’s car, or a caregiver’s or grandparent’s car), you can buy additional bases — which is much less expensive than having to buy a whole extra car seat.

The Pebble fits the Maxi-Cosi FamilyFix Base, 2WayFix Base or Maxi-Cosi EasyBase 2.
Will any car seat fit any ISOFIX base?
Isofix seats will not fit in every car with Isofix points. As with any child car seat, follow the manufacturer’s instructions carefully. Isofix cars have Isofix slots hidden behind the rear seats, in the joint between the back of the seat and the seat cushion.
Do parents buy two car seats?

They can be used from the time the baby comes home from the hospital into the toddler years, depending on the child’s size.

Can you use Pebble Plus without base?
Yes when you look at the car seat you can see the 3 point harness. 2 at the side one at the back.
Can I put a towel under car seat?
The manufacturer may allow a towel, blanket, or their specific brand of seat protector underneath the seat. The manual may specify that nothing should be used under the car seat at all.
