The Foam Glow 5K™ has been setup with very simple rules: 1) White shirt (any white T-shirt will work) worn at the start line. The more white you wear the better. 2) Foam Glow 5K™ runners sprinting through Foam Glow™ Zones to the Finnish line!

What is UV foam?
UV GLOW Foam additive or Uv Glo. Give any event a pop of color or Make your Foam GLOW. Adding coloring or UV additive to your foam solution mixture can be a great profit-booster for a variety of holiday or event-specific occasions.
How do you make a foam machine solution?
Make a hole in the lid of the bucket for the hose. That’s it. Mixed a solution of 2.5 oz Dawn dish soap (plain) to 1 gallon of hot water. Filled; made sure the hose reached the bottom of the bucket.
Does the foam glow stain?
If you want to get shots right in the midst of the “Glow” we recommend covering cameras/phones with plastic wrap. Does the foam stain? Not typically, however, it is a good idea to take some extra precautions just in case.

Will running make you lose muscle? The key is in the combination. Yes, significantly stepping up a running regime, without adequately fuelling your body through food or doing any complementary training, may indeed burn so much energy that you drop muscle as well as fat.
What do you wear to a bubble run?
Wear comfortable running /walking shorts, pants or leggings. Just know that they will get wet and probably pick up color if they are light in color. Don’t wear slippers because you will slip right out of them and that could be dangerous.
