You have 3 basic choices. You can fly into Miami (MIA), Ft Lauderdale (FLL) or Key West (EYW). Flying into MIA or FLL means you’ll have to either rent a car and drive 2 hours to Marathon or take the Keys Shuttle van service. Flying into EYW means you’ll have to rent a car and drive 1 hour back to Marathon (if that is your final destination). MTH is more of a private airport these days.
