Are USSSA bats legal in Dixie youth?
Most youth bats with 2” barrel diameters are approved for play in the major Youth baseball organizations. The most popular Youth baseball organizations include Little League, USSSA, Babe Ruth / Cal Ripken, Dixie Youth, PONY, and AABC.
Can you use wooden bats in Dixie youth?
Yes. Solid, one piece wood bats are approved for use under USABat with or without the USA Baseball Certification Mark. Multi-piece and composite wood bats must feature the USA Baseball Certification Mark to be approved for play.
Is a Usssa bat legal for Little League?
The bats currently on the market, which are marked with a 1.15BPF stamp, will no longer be legal for play in these leagues. USSSA youth baseball will NOT be implementing this rule change to the bats.
What type of bat is illegal?
