Does TLU give football scholarships?
While we do not offer athletics scholarships as a DIII university, we do believe all students should be able to afford a small, private college experience. For that reason, we promise at least $20,000 per year for up to four years to admitted students with a 3.60 core academic GPA.

How do I apply for a PLU scholarship?
Application: Students must complete the PLU application and submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or (if an undocumented Washington state resident) the Washington Application for State Financial Aid (WASFA) to determine College Bound scholarship eligibility.

Eligibility: Only students who have been selected for the President’s Scholarship. Amount: New Freshmen entering PLU in 2021-22 receive $35,000 per year renewable for an additional three years of undergraduate study, fall and spring semesters only; 3.3 cumulative GPA required for renewal.

Awarding: If the student fulfills all eligibility requirements, the 253 PLU Bound Scholarship is guaranteed. The scholarship is renewable for up to an additional three years of undergraduate study as long as the student remains College Bound eligible and maintains satisfactory academic progress while at PLU.
